Super moderne Unterkunft in top Lage . Positive: Wir hatten zwei tolle Tage in dem Apartment im 60 Stock, super Lage in Fussweite zur Dubai-Mall. Pool mit Blick auf den Burj Khalifa. Die Ausstattung war top, sehr modern und neu. Super sauber . Die Abwicklung der Buchung war bestens. Sobald wir gebucht hatten, wurde umgehend mit uns Kontakt aufgenommen, die Betreuung vor Ort erfolgte durch einen deutschen Mitarbeiter.

Positive: De beste plek! PAL naast de Burj Khalifa, de Mall en metro, en supermarkt om de hoek! En wat een uitzicht! Zeer vriendelijke host, die ons persoonlijk kwam ontmoeten ook al kwamen we middag in de nacht aan. had veel tips om te bezichtigen in de 2 dagen dat wij in Dubai waren. Mochten de bagage ook nog even na uitchecken daar laten, totdat onze vlucht in de avond ging. Zwembad was ook lekker, met ‘‘s avonds het mooiste uitzicht op de verlichtte wolkenkrabbers.

Super appartement met superligging. Positive: Het appartement was voortreffelijk. Mooi en compleet ingericht. Goede bedden, 2 badkamers. Heerlijk zwembad. Ligging is super, uitzicht op de Burj Khalifa, op 5 minuten loopafstand van de Dubai Mall. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 60e verdieping Negative: Niets viel tegen

Positive: The hotel location is good . Negative: The hotel is very nice , but there is so many things that went bad . First there is no contact number so there is no way for the visitors to call the call center , everything is in WhatsApp and its slow very slow and they don’t respond to calls . The rooms being not clean : The sheets for the bed were dirty to the point that i was itching at night , and when I requested them to clean they charged me more for it and i haven’t seen this policy anywhere else , note that the maid that came to change the sheets were so mad and i didn’t want to do her work . And when i informed them about the room having dust they proceeded to say that this is “normal to have dust!” “The room isn’t supposed to be without dust! “ Which is so strange! The service being bad : I also saw vase that were broken when i entered and i informed them immediately and they started arguing with me to pay for it even when i am not the one that broke it , as well as the door handle which was broken and as soon as i touch it broke and I immediately informed them. AND THE MOST INTERESTING THING is that they didn’t carry our luggage out of the hotel to our car since they don’t offer this service according to their responses . Since there is no way way to call them but massage at WhatsApp when i requested dish soup and a sponge they didn’t bring it until the end of the day which was when i went back to the hotel and i saw it at the door. Lastly the way they texted me isn’t the best and it wasn’t good.
